Concrete Jungle
My favorite parts of the concrete jungle are...

The trees that burst out of the hard
ground beneath my feet with their branches reaching high, reaching high to the sky

The flowers that peak out of window sills to say hello and brighten our world with a little color

The bushes that poke out of fronts and sides of buildings to give us something soft to touch amongst the concrete jungle

As we go about our business on a daily basis

I say these things because I could not imagine living amongst such hardness without the beautiful softness that nature gives to us
