hurting inside
 

that cold dark night that you weren't there,
that night on the beach i did have a scare.

A man came up to me and whispered in my ear why don't you come with me my dear?

i said no and tried to walk away,
he said i'll hurt you if you don't stay.

i tried to run away but he grabbed my arm,
pulled me close and said "you know,i have a charm."

i tried to pull away but he was too strong.
i thought to myself why aren't i at home where i belong?

i tried to scream but nothing came out
will he let me go? i was in doubt.

even no it was a while ago,
i can still feel it deep down below.

every day i try to hide
how much i'm still hurting inside.
