Once I loved you!
 Once I was sure my love for you was real
Now I don’t know what I shall call it

You once meant everything to me and more
But now my heart is in pain and sorrow.
You have thought me how to love

And how to be strong
You have hurt me so much, only I know!

You tell me how to dress, how to talk
And how to walk
You control whom I shall talk to
And whom I shall run to.

You have made me the person I am today
I have became strong
I have learned how wrong it is to be abused.

You have made me fall our of love for you
And why I ask my self?
Why do I stay?
You make me think no one in the world
Would love me again,
But in my heart
I know who I am and who I want to become

I know I’ll love again, it’s just a matter
Of staying away from you.

Every day I run into your arms
But instead of a smile
I get a frown, and insults
About whom I am.
And how whom I like to be.
