I Once had a Love
I once had a love that I treasured
so dearly.
I once had a love that I knew
so clearly.
I once had a love that belonged
to me.
I once had a love that decided
to betray me.
I once had love that was unconditional
and was too beautiful to have a name.
I once had a love that felt as right
as rain.
I once had a love that praised someone
else, in front of me.
I lost that love,
and I always asked myself,
why me, why me.
I once had a love.....
