Sun Kissed
She sits on a bed
On the sun kissed bed She writes her life in books
Novels, and novels everyday The sun hits her A warmth gusts her heart
For this is her heaven She sees the sun and glows The sun makes her happy
The only thing besides him The sun is her escape from reality
A reality that will never be She lies in the sun The sun reflects off her eyes
They become stars in the daylight The sun reflects off her skin
She feels a fire in her soul She closes her eyes and dreams
She dreams of getting away Memories flood her mind
Memories of being happy without him The clouds cover the sun
The sun leaves her body
Happiness leaves her body
Warmth leaves her body She opens her eyes
She's no longer at her get away Reality kicks in
Sadness envades her body
She's longing
Longing to be eternally sun kissed
