gula merah
2 sudu teh tepung gandum / kastard
sedikit garam
sedikit gula
telur ayam

cara membuatnya :
rebus keladi cina sehingga betul-bertul empuk. kemudian toskan dan tumbuk sehingga lumat.tekan dalam loyang, masukkan pati santan sama paras dengan keladi.letak sedikit garam dan tepung.kukus sehingga masak dan sebati. Sementara itu, blandkan gula merah, tepung, gula pasir, telur ayam dan pati santan sehingga sebati.Apabila keladi telah masak, curahkan bahan ini ke atasnya dan kukus lagi sehingga bahan ini masak.
