Ikan Goreng Bercili Kering


Bahan-Bahannya:

6 ekor ikan sardin basah dicuci bersih
20 tangkai cili kering
3 biji bawang kecil
2 biji bawang putih
1 sudu kecil garam

Cara-caranya:

Cili kering dan bawang di tumbuk/blender halus. Perapkan ikan bersama cili kering tadi selama 2 atau 3 jam. Kemudian di goreng didalam kuali.
(sama macam goreng ikan biasa)-Api jangan terlalu kuat.
