Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
(for 4 persons)

-Ingredients-

300ml water
2tbs chocolate cream
1tbs soft brown sugar
2cm cinnamon sticks
1 egg white (beat till frothy)
1tbs chocolate flakes (for topping)
4 sprigs mint leaves (for topping)

*Boil water with cinnamon stick, chocolate cream and soft brown sugar till sugar dissolves. Add milk and stir continuously. Remove from heat. Serve hot in a cup topped with frothy egg white, chocolate flakes and mint leaves.
