-Ingredients-

500ml cardamoms
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
2 sachets tea
50ml evaporated milk
50ml low fat fresh milk

*Crush cardamoms & fennel seeds together. Boil water in a pot on a medium heat, add in crushed cardamoms & fennel seeds & bring to boil for abt 5mins. Add in tea sachet & boil for approximately 2-3mins, then add in evaporated milk & low fat fresh milk. Add in sugar according to taste. Remove from heat.
